I am painting still life and landscapes from my hometown and from my journeys. I want to paint a series of portraits of the city. I seek to analyze the structure of the city, specifics of the architecture and people’s life. I am interested in differences and similarities of cities, in their portraits, portraits of people, of history and experience as if a mirror, and especially in light, which can give a different feeling to portraits.
