Hristina Ivanoska is currently a PhD-in-Practice candidate at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. She works with objects, texts, drawing, video, performance and installation, often interdisciplinary and as a critical investigation into the experience of present-day social and political systems and their relationship to theory and history. She has exhibited at Museum of Sculpture, Warsaw; Research Pavilion, 57th Venice Biennale; Silesian Museum, Katowice; MUMOK, Vienna; Künstlerhaus, Graz; MNAC, Bucharest; Museum of Contemporary Art, Thessalonica; Slovak National Gallery, Bratislava; NGBK, Berlin; Open Space, Vienna; <rotor>, Graz; Konsthall C, Stockholm; Magazin4 – Bregenz; Museum of Contemporary Art, Belgrade; Foundation for Women’s Art, London, and other venues. Since 2000 Ivanoska is collaborating with Yane Calovski which We Are All In This Alone installation was exhibited at the 56th Venice Biennial – Pavilion of the Republic of Macedonia.
