Marharyta Zhurunova, an artist from Vinnytsia, Ukraine. Born on November 29, 1994. Engaged in printed graphics, installation, and graphics transitioning into installation. Works with themes of emotional trauma and ways to deal with it through artistic methods.
Studied at the Ukrainian Academy of Printing at the Department of Book and Easel Graphics, and graduated in 2018 with a Master's degree.
Since 2015, she has been working in co-authorship with Bohdan Lokatyr in the field of environmental, site-specific art.
In 2019, both artists became winners of scholarships of the President of Ukraine for young writers and artists, and received a grant from the President of Ukraine to create the second volume of the art book "Ukrainian Bestiary".
