The Municipality of Aveiro is a public local Authority that assumes the Culture and the Museums as strategic areas of action as factors of attractiveness, territory enrichment and of local development. The Municipality encourages the involvement in national and international networks and partnerships as privileged tools for the Aveiro’s positioning in the world of arts, museums and culture, as well as for the cultural enhancement of its community and specifically its artists and cultural agents. It stands out as structural projects the International Biennial of Artistic Ceramics of Aveiro and the initiatives around the salt and the Art Nouveau, whose sense of collective memory coexists and inspires, increasingly, the contemporary creative expression.

The capital of the Auvergne region has exceptional surroundings, at the heart of a volcanoes area. Culture is at the heart of its territory project and just as policies for the youth, it is a priority. The city's cultural policies aim at promoting artistic creation, performing arts, cultural and artistic education and access to the cultural offer for all. The city definitely wants to develop its projects in European and international cooperations as its emblematic Europavox and International Short Film festivals.

VšĮ “Artkomas” is a public institution established in 2006 in Kaunas (LT). Their mission is to improve the accessibility of culture to all levels of society, reducing the culture gap between the city and periphery, helping young artists to adjust their capacities in the market and to integrate into the rank of professionals.

Lublin is an administrative centre of the voivodship and the capital of the Lublin Region. It is a home to 365 thousand inhabitants which makes Lublin the biggest town in Eastern Poland.The Municipality of Lublin is a founder of 11 cultural institutions, a part of which specialize in contemporary visual arts or organize single projects in this field. The City is also a co-founder of the East European Performing Art Platform, a network which stimulates co-operation and the exchange of artists in Central and Eastern Europe.

Within the Department of Youth, Associations and Culture, , the department of culture implements the cultural policy of the City of Rouen.The cultural development department helps associations and cultural actors to structure and build their projects. Various types of support are available: financial support (grants for young visual artists), provision of premises, various advice, networking, broadcasting time, etc.

The City of Skopje is a special unit of local self government, and as a capital of Republic of Macedonia, provides the organisation and functioning of many services, as well as achievement and development of culture.  In the area of culture, the City of Skopje is a founder of 8 cultural institutions, also is giving a support to numerous independent organisations and artist financially or institutionally through it’s services, and also haver an experience regarding international cooperation in culture within the various networks of cities and of the sister cities. The City of Skopje has supported the 14-th Biennial of young artist from Europe and Mediterranean in the year 2009. Regarding the international cooperation we are recognizing the role of established partnerships that open  further opportunity for exchange of knowledge, capacity building, local development, sharing  experiences that bring together various  stockholders in a creative and open debates.

The Fundación Municipal de Cultura (FMC) is a public body established by the Municipality of Valladolid (ES) in 1982. The FMC developes cultural projects and manages all types of cultural activities. It has broad experience in the promotion, exhibition and dissemination of the Arts, with special attention to visual arts.

Croatian Association of Fine Artists (HDLU) is the oldest and the most prestigious visual artist association in the region. It gathers over 1.800 professional artist members working in various media and disciplines which define the Croatian contemporary arts scene, primarily in the medium of painting, sculpture, new media, performance and photography. HDLU annually organizes or collaborates in the organization of approximately 40 exhibitions in four diversely profiled galleries, events and special programs that cover all segments of art presentation and production, ranging from large national and international manifestations to socially engaged creative experiments and fairs. The seat of HDLU is The Home of Croatian Fine Artists also known as the Meštrović Pavilion, a cultural heritage site designed by a prominent Croatian sculptor Ivan Meštrović and one of the most known Zagreb’s landmarks.
