Project definition and first steps to start an application;
_Identify the criteria for evaluating the quality of an idea for a project and learn different ways to develop it. Identify characteristics of creative environments, establish rules for the production and analysis of ideas using different methodologies;
_Project description: present the main questions that a project must answer and characterize the information that must be included; preparation of the synopsis;
_Definition of general and specific objectives;
_Description of activities and target audience;
_Criteria for evaluating applications;
_Preparation of the management plan: team, monitoring methods and control, and self-assessment measures. Risk elements in the production plan; Relationship between the human resources team and the achievement of the activity plan;
_Working in partnership: Differences between partner, sponsor and patron and the objectives of each. Importance of working in partnership, associated risks and ways to resolve them. Where to look for partners and identify the main challenges in working in partnership.
31st October
_Communication plan: Definition of communication strategies for the activity plan, as well as the actions and means to be used, considering the defined target audience. Description of the variables that must be considered in the communication plan.
_Budget: Relate income and expenses to be considered in a project. Identify the eligibility of expenses and financing rates, focusing on the importance of how to assign the co-financing rate.
_Sustainability and Accessibility in artistic projects.
_Project evaluation: Results, Impact and dissemination; evaluate the impact of the project from different perspectives: recipients, internal processes, communication and financial. Preparation of project reports. Definition of the types of results of a project: tangible and intangible. Ways of disseminating the project; preparation of the project report.
LIST OF EXPERTS:
Luísa Caiano
Born in Porto, she began studying piano at the Silva Monteiro Music Course (CMSM). In 2006 she completed his degree in Musical Pedagogy at the School of Arts of the Universidade Católica of Portugal, and in 2009 she completed her master's degree in Music Teaching at the same institution. In 2017, She completed a postgraduate degree in Creative Industries Management (Porto Business School/Escola das Artes UCP), an area she has been developing since 2009.
Since that same year [2009], she has been part of the management team at the Silva Monteiro Music Course, where she works as pedagogical director and project manager, highlighting projects financed by the ERASMUS+ programs (SPACE, AMiE, FASE and Accreditation), Norte 2020, EEA Grants (Bilateral Fund and Cultural Footprint), POiSE (Operational program for social inclusion and employment). Since 2020, she began providing training and artistic consultancy in the area of developing artistic projects, collaborating with various training entities.
