The “A31 Graffiti Jam” is a festival dedicated to graffiti, launched in celebration of the 30th anniversary in 2025 of the iconic Rouen-based crew, A31!
3 days of graffiti, 60 artists, 4 sites activated simultaneously, and a memorable party at the vibrant creative space, Quartier Libre !
