THE CITY OF ROUEN (FRANCE) INVITES ARTISTS OF THE NETWORK TO THE EXHIBITIONS "PENFRIENDS" AND "DUAL MURAL"
The CreArt City of Rouen, has opened two calls addressed to artists from the rest of the cities of the network for two activities that will be organized soon:
- The Exhibition “Penfriends. A European exhibition of postal art, within the activities of the European Day of creativity, March 21.
- The Exhibition "Dual Mural" Within the Rouen Impressionnée festival in June.
