"From the number of imaginable cities we must exclude those whose elements are assembled without a connecting thread, an inner rule, a perspective, a discourse. With cities, it is as with dreams: everything imaginable can be dreamed, but even the most unexpected dream is a rebus that conceals a desire or, its reverse, a fear. Cities, like dreams, are made of desires and fears, even if the thread of their discourse is secret, their rules are absurd, their perspectives deceitful, and everything conceals something else." Italo Calvino, Invisible Cities A two-day festival of live art in the streets of Pardubice, which will become a stage for students of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Brno University of Technology, together with Jennifer Helia De Felice /postgraduate student at the Video-Multimedia-Performance Studio/ and Lenka Klodová /head of the Studio of Body Design/. Ten artists with diverse approaches to public space will present themselves. Their work will have one common theme: exploration of an unknown city and an artistic reaction to it. Formally, there will be action art (performances and happenings) and short-term installations and interventions. .............................................................. The festival will take place throughout both days, fixed venues and times for the public: Friday 27th March 16-18 Pardubice square Saturday 28th March 16-18 třída Míru

Februar – 29. März 2015). Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!
